DECKING PANEL

ZONE’S DECKING PANEL is the centre of a farm work and reinforcement system for concrete slab construction. It is profiled steel sheeting widely accepted by the building construction industry to be highly economical, versatile and robust. It has been used to great effect on many major building projects as well as countless small ones, such as in place of conventional shuttering for speedy execution of reinforced concrete construction, for roofing and side cladding for industrial building and warehouse and for composite floor decking for reinforced concrete slabs in order to save reinforcement and erection time.

ZONE’S DECKING PANEL profiles are rolled out in four ribs maintaining proper design solution and optimization between extra stiffness and materials consumption with 810mm (31.89") feeding width. Sheets are custom roll-farmed to suit given site measurements to a maximum length of 12m and 21m require special transportation.

ZONE’S DECKING PANEL is manufactured from tested Galvanized or pre-painted coils as per ASTM & ASI397 grade G-345. It can be roll-formed from hot dipped, zinc-coated, high ttensile steel. DECKING PANEL profiled are rolled out in thickness varying from 0.45mm to 1.00mm and with length having from 600mm to 1200mm
